Sinsi Natus Mwasi is the Co-Founder of Metropole Property, bringing extensive legal expertise and a deep understanding of Zanzibar’s regulatory and property landscape. With a distinguished career in Labour Law, Tax Law, Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defence, he provides the legal insight and governance that underpin the company’s commitment to transparency, compliance, and client confidence.
Holding an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law, Sinsi combines legal excellence with a strategic understanding of cross-border investment and real estate transactions. His experience advising both private and corporate clients enables him to navigate complex legal matters with precision while safeguarding the interests of investors, developers, and homeowners.
